do I do?
The most common cause

firewall or anti-virus program running on your
computer. Please temporarily disabled these
programs when attempting to login as they can
cause problems.
2. Your
browser is not set to accept cookies. Ensure

Question: What software do I need to be able to
view the videos?
Important: The vast majority of the newer
videos you'll find on the sites are AVI files
and they use the Microsoft MP4v2 Codec.
If you have an older browser you will probably
have to download this Codec. If you have Windows
XP you probably already have it on your
computer. Please follow these steps if you're
having problems viewing or hearing the AVI files
1.
Click here to download the Microsoft
MP4v2 Codec zip file and extract it to a
temporary folder. Three files should have been
extracted, including an .ini file.
2. Right-click on
the .inf file and select "install" to start the
installation. If the installer detects a newer
version of the file and ask you whether to keep
it or not, make sure you keep the newer version.
3. The codec is
now installed and you can then use Windows Media
Player to playback the ASF/AVI file you're
trying to view.
The above will
solve most if not all problems you may have with
AVI files. If you still come across an AVI file
that you either cannot view or hear, you may
need the Divx Codec. This can be
downloaded by
clicking here. You can also download it
directly from the
DivX website.
To view MPG and
WMV files you simply use Windows Media Player
which is already installed on almost all
Operating Systems. If you need a newer version
click on the icon below on this page in the
Downloads area. To view RM files download Real
Player below in the Downloads area.
For Mac
Operating Systems:
to download the Microsoft MP4v2 Codec for Mac
OS and
Click here to download the Microsoft
MP4v2 Codec source. You will now be able to
view our AVI files encoded with this codec. For
more information and illustrations you can visit

Question: Why can't I get to the videos? I get
an Access Denied Error.
Make sure you're not typing the URL in your
browser, and make sure you haven't book-marked
it. The only way to get to the videos is to
click on the link in the member area. If you try
to get to the videos any other way, you will get
this error.
-
Question: Why doesn't the video page load
completely?
Sometimes even when you're on a fast connection
like Cable or DSL things can still be slow, due
to many possible reasons. Please be patient and
give it some time, especially if you're on a
modem connection. If it's just taking way too
long, it's possible that the servers are
overloaded with traffic so please try again
later.
